Microsoft launched seven Game Pass subscription games in the first half of September. At the same time, she announced a list of items that will be removed from the service by mid-month. Players will lose 10 items at once, including several large items.
The main loss for Game Pass in mid-September 2026 will be “Cyberpunk 2077”. The game was added earlier this year, and the subscription only lasted six months. Meanwhile, it was removed from Game Pass around the same time as The Witcher 3 – it was removed from the subscription at the end of August.
The full list of games that will be removed from Game Pass on September 15th is as follows:
- Commandos: Origins (Xbox, PC)
- Cricket 24 (Xbox, PC)
- Cyberpunk 2077 (Xbox)
- Dead Cells (Xbox, PC)
- Deepstone Galaxy Survivors (Xbox, PC)
- Frostpunk 2 (PC)
- Mullet Maniac (Xbox, PC)
- Soul Ferryman (Xbox, PC)
- Overthreshold (Xbox, PC)
- Train Simulator World 5 (Xbox, PC)
Please note that Frostpunk 2 is scheduled to be removed from Game Pass in mid-September and will only be available on PC. The Xbox console version currently still requires a subscription. Let’s remember that it was released later than the PC version.
We also remind you that starting from September 6th, “NBA 2K26” will be excluded from Game Pass subscriptions. This news was revealed as early as August.
