IO Interactive has once again delayed the release of Dawn of James Bond on the Nintendo Switch 2. The port was originally scheduled to be released in May at the same time as the other versions, but was later postponed to summer and is now scheduled for March 2027. The specific date will be announced later.

Developers cited the need for additional optimization as the reason for the delay. They plan to use the extra time mainly to improve the performance of the game on Switch 2 and bring the port to the required quality level.

“007 First Light” is now available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The game is a rethinking of the formative history of James Bond.
