From May 1, 2026, mandatory labeling applies to many types of radio electronics, including smartphones and laptops, as well as sockets, printed circuit boards and relays.
The basic rate of technical fees is set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and is determined based on the median of the average dutiable price of imported goods in 2025, taking into account the target inflation rate of 4% – when a coefficient is introduced, the calculation of technical fees will be rounded to the nearest integer.
