After approximately a year and a half in early access, the release date for the full version of Titan Quest II has now been confirmed. You don’t have to wait until early next year.
What’s been a long time coming is finally coming to fruition: the RPG sequel Titan Quest II has been in early access for about a year and a half, and has been continuously being added, refined, and expanded since then. There’s now a glimmer of light on this front, as it’s now clear when the completed full version will finally be available.
In a press release today, THQ Nordic confirmed that Titan Quest II will cease early access early next year. The full version 1.0 is scheduled to be released on January 19, 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
As part of Early Access, players can purchase early versions of the game, play them and provide feedback to the developers. This feedback was evaluated during the early access phase and continues to be incorporated into the development of the final version of the game.
Since launching into Early Access, new areas, extra skills, and of course loot have been added. Developer Grimlore Games’ action RPG should also stand out from the rest of the competition with its championship system. Basically, this should give you a lot of freedom to create your own hero.
“Titan Quest II” will be released on January 19, 2020, priced at 49.99 euros for the PC version and 59.99 euros for the console version. More details about the game will be announced in the coming months.
