An unusual event, “The High Seas of Tamriel”, is about to be launched in “The Elder Scrolls Online”, which will make Tamriel a gathering place for sea bandits. From September 30 to October 14, players can look forward to ghost pirates, sea elves, and diving into the depths of Abecean.
The campaign will begin on the shores of Anvil, where players will encounter the ghostly captain Olshin Guy Mader. He will demand the return of his ship, the Riot Remedy, which will then become the primary means of transportation for daily expeditions. On deck, you must fight off pirates, repair damage from cannon fire, and use the ship’s cannon yourself.
But the fun starts underwater. Players must explore the ocean floor, monitor protective bubbles, and fight dangerous opponents. Between the two bosses, you’re free to explore the underwater area, searching for treasure and learning local stories. The developers are also promising different options for completing daily tasks so that the adventure doesn’t become a mechanical repetition of one route.
By participating in the event, you can earn the Abecean Sea Privateer clothing style, wig and pirate captain hat, household items, mining and scrying skill experience, and fragments of the Suncleft Grotto Ornaug mount. For the first time, Antiquity Leads will allow you to obtain furniture recipes – you find the artifacts you need, mine for recipes, and even produce items for your entire guild.
