The spy action game “007 Dawn” becomes more charming. IO Interactive has released an update with full path tracing and DLSS 4.5 ray reconstruction. Innovations improve lighting, shadows, and reflections to give spectacular scenes a more cinematic feel.
Since launch, the game has supported DLSS 4.5 super resolution and dynamic multi-frame generation, allowing owners of GeForce RTX graphics cards to enjoy higher frame rates and improved image quality. Now, path tracing and ray reconstruction techniques join them.

After the update, the visual effects of 007 Dawn are completely switched to path tracing. It’s responsible for more realistic lighting, detailed shadows and reflections of the surrounding world, making locations and large scenes look more impressive. At the same time, NVIDIA technology helps maintain high performance on compatible PCs and laptops equipped with GeForce RTX.
These innovations are the result of an ongoing collaboration between IO Interactive and NVIDIA, which began in January 2026 with the release of the game’s system requirements. For the new James Bond adventure, the developers have significantly improved their Glacier engine, expanding its capabilities for dynamic scenes, cinematic presentation and more expressive characters.
