version game informant Exclusive material (paid subscription required) has shared new details and screenshots for GTA VI, Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated open-world crime thriller.

The events of GTA VI will be in “The biggest” and a detailed world in the series – set in the Florida-inspired state of Leonidas. The map is divided into six unique areas and allows for fast travel.
GTA VI uses the redesigned weather system in RDR 2: dynamic clouds, hurricanes, and tropical storms. Rain can create rainbows and persistent puddles, and wind can affect hair, debris, water surfaces, and vegetation.
In terms of map size, GTA VI is twice the size of GTA V
The world of GTA VI is home to more than 170 species of animals (more than 60 species of birds and 30 species of mammals), including alligators, manatees, flamingos, pelicans, iguanas, cats, toads, armadillos, macaques, sharks, whales, rays, turtles and jellyfish.
In addition to the main plot, GTA VI will offer a number of optional activities. Players will be able to hit the gym, participate in street and off-road racing, ride jet skis and airboats, skydive, and more.
Rockstar also revealed information about GTA VI to Game Informer:
- GTA VI’s story will take players through all of Leonidas’ main attractions;
- GTA VI has more interiors than any other game in the series – Rockstar also paid special attention to rooftops and alleys;
- Detailed and diverse NPC announcements – characters with varying heights, builds, muscles and clothing (depending on location, social conditions, pollution levels, wear and tear);
- They promise to offer the most extensive catalog of apparel and accessories in Rockstar gaming history;
- Doomscrolling will be coming to the game – users will be able to spend time in the Snapmatic app (a parody of the popular social network);
- Some plots may develop differently depending on the degree of connection between the main characters (criminals Jason Duvall and Lucia Caminos);
- Heists can be done alone or with a partner (Jason, Lucia), loudly or quietly;
- The joint heist strengthens Jason and Lucia’s relationship;
- Certain tasks can be completed if you have a certain amount of money;
- Decisions made (from important to minor) can significantly influence the course of history;
- GTA VI is designed to encourage repeat play.
GTA VI will be released on November 19th for PS5, Xbox Series X, and S only, with prices ranging from $80 to $100. On the same day, Rockstar will release the soundtrack album ($20 to $125) and a collector’s edition without the game ($400).
